Description
This Acanthocephala declivis was found hanging under an oak leaf--I think a Turkey Oak, Quercus cerris. I was able to manipulate it in order to get a few photos before it flew off. I measured the length at about 28 mm--very large. BugGuide Account  PCCA20081013-6591A
