This is an image of the hibiscus psyllid, Mesohomotoma hibisci. The brown ones are parasitized ("mummies"). Probably , Psyllaephagus sp. Will try to rear some for identification. Also saw an immature lacewing preying on psyllid nymphs on this leaf. Collected at UOG Ag Expt Station. It is the very end of the rainy season and the air is full of wavy particles which I presume to be from M. hibisci.
Walter Nagamine posted images of Psyllaephagus near tekkedyensis parasitizing M. hibisci in Hawaii.
